We are excited about your newborn child and would be honored with the 

  opportunity to pray a prayer of dedication for your newborn. Once you complete

  the questions below, we will contact you with more information about baby

  dedication and when the next “Child Dedication” class is held.

•  A time when, as parents, you recognize that your child belongs to God. You both submit yourselves to His right as Creator.

• A time when you acknowledge your stewardship responsibility. It is important to pray daily for God’s direction in your lives, to faithfully attend Family Worship Center, and to teach your child(ren)the truths of God’s Word in your home .

• A time when you acknowledge these truths publicly in the presence of the body of Christ.

    These are the commitments that are asked of you as you dedicate your child:

• Do you recognize Jesus Christ as your personal Savior?
• Do you recognize your child as a gift from God and give heartfelt thanks for His blessing?
• Do you desire to dedicate your child to the Lord who gave him/her to you?
• Do you pledge as parents that you will bring up your child in the nurture and admonition of the Lord?
• Do you promise to give your child every possible benefit of home, school, and of church?
